Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 66 members at the Hermanson Company are building the mechanical room for the new Harrison Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. The mechanical room is the size of a football field and has 10 AHU’s in it. To put this project into perspective, there are over 800,000 pounds of duct, which took 150 semi-truck loads to get it all there!
The 3rd picture is what a typical shaft looks like in the mechanical room. The job will finish up around September of 2020.
