SMART ARMY – Volunteer Fabrication Day SMART Local 66 members gave up a Saturday morning to come and fabricate metal fish for charities. Many charities will ask for auction items, especially coming into the holiday season. The first two will be going out to the South Everett/ Mukilteo Rotary Club.
